Hillsboro, VA Hillsboro, VA Full-time Full-time $20 - $25 an hour $20 - $25 an hour Office Manager/Bookkeeper Architectural Firm/Development Design Build Firm - Hillsboro, Virginia Full Time Insurance available Boutique architectural & design firm specializing in high end residential homes, as well as real estate development, is seeking a professional with, experience in Bookkeeping/Office assistant/Office Management; Duties include but not limited to:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping/accounting in QuickBooks, prepare payroll, file liabilities, prepare quarterly and yearly tax reports, prepare 1099's & W'2.
Prepare packages to go to accountant for multiple entities, businesses and personal Familiar with various title documents, real estate contracts, notes, etc.
Track and maintain personal property/business taxes, vehicle reports, for county tax reporting Handle multiple accounts, both for Architectural firm, personal accounts, as well as some trustee banking accounts.
Prepare deposits, transfers, reconcile accounts Payables for both office and consultants, prepare billing and payable charts Prepare monthly billings, input timesheets into Access 2000 Prepare yearly audit document package for workman's comp audit Prepare notes and change orders Human resources, employee search and hire, complete new hire forms Emails, make travel arrangements, order supplies, answer phones, prepare reports, maintain hard files as well as electronic files Maintain Insurance accounts, E&O insurance, orders COi, commercial insurance as well as employee health insurance coverages Maintain architectural license renewals, maintain continuing education requirements Additional duties and responsibilities that come with a smaller office environment Qualifications; At least 7 years bookkeeping/accounting services Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks, Excel as well as familiar with Access Familiar with architecture and Construction field, past experience in real estate a plus as well Excellent written and verbal skills Proficiency in daily office duties as well as type at least 60 wpm Extremely organized and able to perform many different tasks at any given time Office is NOT ADA compliant - spiral stair case to offices Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
