Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
Ensure prompt processing of invoices for payment according to company policies and procedures Handles Accounts Payable for different entities by processing and matching invoices Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers Monthly vendor statement reconciliation Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Clarify and resolve any questionable invoice items, prices, quantities or receiving issues, and obtain signatures as needed Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
BA in Accounting or comparable work experience Two to three years full cycle AP experience Excellent data entry skills Great attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of General Accounting Principles Must be a team player and flexible Excellent communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office products Experience in a high-volume AP environment will be helpful#NOTGAJOBJob Types:
